This is especially true when you are using low cost low speed microcontrollers. To support the designer in achieving his goal a little easier Smartec created software, a number of examples of how to write this software and how to overcome all kinds of problems like synchronisation and resolution errors. As the UTI is really a Universal Transducer Interface it will not surprise you to find examples of quite different applications, such as measuring low voltages (thermocouples) and how to connect 6 Pt100 elements (four wire) to the UTI.
Our new product, the SMTAS08 board, makes it even easier for you, to get your temperature measurement system up and running. For controlling and reading the SMTAS08 board, a Labview program is available as well as a Visual Basic program. And furthermore, we have a PIC processor assembly program for you.
Below you'll find a list of the available files. The list will be updated regularly. Please contact us if you have a good idea for an interesting application.

The .hex, .asm and c. files are listings of the programs that are used in the microcontrollers. The .arj files and .zip files are archived versions of certain larger files. To extract the .arj files you can download arj.exe here. download arj.exe
